Stainless Steel Touchscreen Display HMI for Washdown and Hygienic/Aseptic Environments
The 55” Interactive Touch Display HMI is a sealed stainless steel designed for hygienic/aseptic manufacturing floors in the pharmaceutical world. Built from polished stainless steel (304 or 316), the enclosure supports frequent cleaning and long-term durability in food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, clean room, and other hygienic/aseptic production environments.
The integrated 55” multi-touch projected capacitive display supports glove-friendly operation and provides 4K resolution (3840 × 2160) for clear visualization of process data, dashboards, and control systems.
The enclosure provides secure internal mounting for a PC or thin client, eliminating the need for proprietary hardware. Sealed cable glands and through-panel connections provide protected access for ethernet, power, and USB devices while maintaining NEMA 4X / IP69 environmental protection.
